• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
• Bank account details (for creator payouts via Stripe)
• Usage data and cookies

3. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the MarketInn platform
• To process payments and payouts
• To send email notifications about your account
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data based on contract performance (to provide our service) and legitimate interests. Payment data is processed under legal obligation.

We share data with Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), and Resend (emails). We do not sell your data to third parties.
