1. About MarketInn

MarketInn is an affiliate marketing marketplace that connects brands with content creators. By using our platform you agree to these terms.

2. User accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use MarketInn.

3. For brands

• You must deposit funds into your campaign treasury before creators can earn
• Funds are held securely and used only for creator payouts
• Unused treasury funds can be returned upon request
• MarketInn charges a 20% platform fee on each conversion
• Campaigns are automatically paused when treasury runs out

4. For creators

• You earn a commission when someone uses your unique discount code
• Earnings are paid out monthly to your connected bank account
• You must connect a valid bank account to receive payouts
• You must not misuse or share discount codes
• MarketInn reserves the right to cancel applications for policy violations

5. Platform fees

MarketInn charges a 20% fee on each successful conversion. This fee is added on top of the creator reward set by the brand.

6. Prohibited activity

• Creating fake conversions or self-purchases
• Misrepresenting products in promotional content
• Creating multiple accounts
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity

7. Termination

MarketInn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Pending earnings may be forfeited in cases of fraud.

8. Liability

MarketInn is not liable for disputes between brands and creators. We act as a platform facilitating connections and payments only.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
